- At least 18 years of age
- At least High School Graduate
- Copy of NSO Birth Certificate
- With good moral character
- Undergone a pre-training assessment
- Can communicate both orally and in written form

Iam very much willing to take one of your Tesda offers”but Sad to say I’m not qualified because you need atleast High School graduate..But I have so many work experiences’ including working abroad.I already have 3 vocational courses
NC11 And the other is from Owwa and from private School of Vocational School in Red Cross..
Ma’am/Sir if you let me take one of the Tesda courses, Iam happy to take the opportunity because I want to work abroad again as a skilled worker.Just want to ask if its ok for you that instead of high School graduate can I bring the Voacational certificates?
