I am a British national whose wife is from Benguet, Philippines. We are visiting family in Benguet, from London at Christmas. When I was last in the Philippines, in Cebu, I met a French person, Beatrice, who studied a short massage course for one month. After leaving Benguet on 8 January, I will again be in Cebu. I wondered – is it possible to start a course at Tesda Benguet and complete it in Cebu at the MJ Cortes site at the end of January / February? (I leave Philippines, sadly, on 11 February!)
