Cainta, Rizal – The Rizal Provincial Technical Education and Skills Development Center (RTESDC) in Cainta recently honored twenty-five (25) graduates of the Tile Setting NC II program by awarding them starter toolkits under the STEP scholarship program. The distribution ceremony, held on March 13, 2024, marked a significant milestone in the graduates’ journey towards professional development and economic empowerment.
Ms. Evangeline E. Plazo, the Center Administrator, led the distribution event alongside Mr. Jessie D. Recto, the Training Unit Head, and Mr. Omar S. Laynessa, the trainer. Ms. Plazo commended the dedication of the lone female scholar who successfully completed the course, highlighting her achievement in the spirit of National Women’s Month.
