On March 8, 2024, the TESDA-Las Navas Agro-Industrial School (LNAIS) held a Training Induction Program (TIP) for 18 scholars under the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP). The TIP was conducted with the objective of orienting participants, establishing a conducive learning environment, and setting clear expectations for a successful training experience.

The TIP is a crucial component of the training process, as it provides scholars with essential information about their program, including course objectives, training schedules, assessment procedures, and rules and regulations. It also serves as an opportunity for scholars to meet their trainers and fellow participants, fostering a sense of camaraderie and collaboration among the group.

Through the TIP, TESDA-LNAIS aims to ensure that scholars are well-prepared and equipped to make the most out of their training experience. By providing them with the necessary guidance and support from the outset, TESDA-LNAIS hopes to empower scholars to succeed in their chosen field and achieve their career goals.

The successful implementation of the TIP reflects TESDA-LNAIS’s commitment to delivering quality technical vocational education and training to its scholars, ultimately contributing to their personal and professional development.

As the training progresses, TESDA-LNAIS remains dedicated to providing scholars with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities they need to thrive in the workforce and make meaningful contributions to their communities.
