- At least 18 years of age
- At least High School Graduate
- Copy of NSO Birth Certificate
- With good moral character
- Undergone a pre-training assessment
- Can communicate both orally and in written form

Nganong ang mga staff ninyo sa TESDA minglanilla kay grabe unapproachable and moody and murag lisod gyud kaayo mangutan on kay grabe maninghag kung mutubag? to make matters worse, I observed one staff member wearing a basketball jersey and engaged in activities unrelated to their duties, such as playing mobile legends inside the cashier area. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly gyud sa office unta mag usab mo diha kay goverment ra ba gyud tawn mo nag trabaho. Public servant tawn mo.
