The D.M. Consunji Technical Training Center (DMCTTC) is a monument to our founder and chairman, David M. Consunji. It is a dedication to the greatness and passion of the man who has made a lasting contribution to the construction industry, to our country and to the world in general.
As a training institution, DMCTTC caters to the construction and its allied industries. Its programs are geared towards providing excellent training and consultancy services. Aside from making the individual more competent in his/her technical knowledge and skills, DMCTTC also instills the proper attitude of love for work.
DMCTTC is registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission, Reg. No. CS200612824 last August 15, 2006.
DMCTTC is also a DOLE-OSHC Accredited Safety Training Organization and is a member of the Philippine Society for Training and Development (PSTD) and Safety Organizations of the Philippines, Inc (SOPI).
Accredited TESDA training provider for carpentry,masonry, tile setting, rigging and tower crane operation and TESDA Assessment center for carpentry, masonry and tile setting.
We are also accredited by IIEE and UAP as CPE provider.
Currently, we are in partnership with TESDA, Meralco Foundation, Wire Rope of the Philippines, Medwest, TUV and Vetasses Australia.

Basic Requirements for TESDA Courses:
- At least 18 years of age
- At least High School Graduate
- Copy of NSO Birth Certificate
- With good moral character
- Undergone a pre-training assessment
- Can communicate both orally and in written form
Training Fees and Schedule
The cost of training and tuition fees may vary depending upon the specific course of interest and the school offering the training. Training centers also may have slightly different syllabus to teach to students in a class.
