Benjamin V. Bautista Sr. Manpower Training Center (BVBS – MTC) is an institution accredited by TESDA that offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVET) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

The 2nd Congressional District of Davao del Sur in partnership with Carmelo Delos Cientos National Trade School and collaboration with LGU Malita/Benjamin V. Bautista, Sr. – Manpower Training Center is now accepting applicants for the following programs under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) of TESDA, to with:

1. Carpentry NCII
2. Plaster Concrete Masonry Surfaces (Leading to Masonry NCII)
3. Construction Painting NCII
4. Perform Single Unit Plumbing Installation and Repair Maintenance Works (Leading to Plumbing NCII)
