May I know your programs for out of school youths who never finished high school? I am planning to send some kids to a TESDA course to gain skills and later some gainful employment. As i went through your admission requirements, however, i noticed applicants for admission have to be at least high school graduates? May I know how I can send some of these out of school youths for a tesda course if they have no high school diploma? Much thanks.
