The BAGONG HENERASYON FOUNDATION, INC. (BHFI) is a non-stock, non-profit, non-government organization founded by Representative Bernadette “BH” Herrera-Dy. During her first campaign in 2001 as Quezon City Councilor, BH realized that a lot was asked of her in order to fully serve constituents and meet their needs not just for a day but for a lifetime.

The name Bagong Henerasyon coined by her supporters embodies BH for who she really is – a young, dynamic and sincere public servant who will bring in fresh ideas, find new ways of delivering services and create sustainable programs that will enable the citizenry to be productive members of society.

• At least High School Graduate
• Copy of NSO Birth Certificate
• With good moral character
• Undergone a pre-training assessment
• Can communicate both orally and in written form
