High Vision Training Center is one of a government recognized learning institution established on March 2001 especially to provide training services for domestic helpers slated to work overseas, particularly, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Israel, Lebanon, Cyprus, Singapore & Malaysia.
HVTC is being handled by high qualified teachers & Nurses specialized in the training on Household Management & Caregiver, most of whom have work experiences abroad to promote an effective transfer of learning.
United HVTC’s training program, the client is assured of an optimum mix of lectures and actual demonstration so that applicant must be trained on both the theoretical and practical aspects of their jobs.

Basic Requirements for TESDA Courses:

- At least High School Graduate
- Copy of NSO Birth Certificate
- With good moral character
