University of Saint Anthony Iriga City is an institution accredited by TESDA that offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVET) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

The University of Saint Anthony is a non-sectarian and non-profit educational institution under the aegis of the philosophy: PIETAS, INTEGRITAS, SAPIENTIA founded on August 18, 1947 by a group of professionals. It started as St. Anthony Academy, a night high school for working students. In 1962, the academy which was housed in a rented private building in San Roque was transferred to San Miguel, its present site. On June 1973, it was elevated to the status of University.

To serve the educational needs of the people of Iriga City in particular and Bicol Region in general, the University of Saint Anthony offers the benefits of a formal education from nursery to post-graduate studies.

Inspired by its triune ideals, the University of Saint Anthony aims to give its students the opportunity to develop their potentials for moral, social, spiritual, cultural and productive living in a democratic society that recognizes the intrinsic worth and dignity of an individual.
