Languages Internationale Center for Skills Enhancement is an institution accredited by TESDA that offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVET) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

Center for Skills Enhancement (CSE), was born from the emerging technical innovation and skills discoveries in our time. The noble task of providing good education and training to every Filipino is its primary objective to produce ageless beauty and talents. Apart from the center’s famous courses like Personality Development, Star Course, Travel & Tourism, Corporate and Young image courses, CSE now offers new training courses like Events Management, Bookkeeping, Legal Transcription, Medical Transcription, and Front Office Service.

CSE is located at the heart of Makati City near hotels, embassies, restaurants and malls, an easy access from various establishments and institutions.

Center for Skills Enhancement is the former Cora Doloroso Career Centre (CDCC), founded in October 1968 as Cora Doloroso Modelling School, making it the Pioneer in Personality and Career Development. Its vision was to provide the opportunity for a “finishing education” without having to travel abroad.

In 1979, the school became a corporation and changed its name to Cora Doloroso Career Centre. The Centre signified emphasis on more professional and career-oriented courses and has also become co-education, with the addition of relevant programs not only for women but also for men. It offered courses like Secretarial, Computer, Travel & Tourism, Fashion Designing, Care Giver, and Personality Development. The once Modelling School has metamorphosed into one of the top career development centers in the country, and in Asia.

Its expertise had been sought constantly by premier corporations like Asian Development Bank, Ayala Corporation, Citibank, Bank of the Philippine Islands, Philippine Airlines, Intel, Del Monte, Department of Foreign Affairs and its Foreign Service Institute, San Miguel Corporation, PLDT, United Laboratories, Motorola, United States Embassy in Manila, GSIS, and Social Security System among others for their personnel’s training needs.

Among its students included beauty queens, movie stars, models and other celebrities like Armi Barbara Crespo (Miss Universe 1972 Semi-finalist), Aileen Damiles (Bb. Pilipinas Ms. Photogenic 1996, actress 1998-1999), Toni Daya (Bb. Pilipinas Tourism 1988), Jeanette Fernando (Bb. Pilipinas Tourism 1993), Baby Delgado (Mutya ng Pilipinas 1976), Hilda Koronel (movie actress), Gina Leviste (Actress 80s & 90s), Minnie Cagatao Jentes (Represented the Philippines in the 1970 Miss World competition), Kyla (R&B singer, songwriter, producer, TV Host, commercial model), Rhea Santos (TV Host & Newscaster), Francine Prieto (Actress, Host & Model) to mention a few.

Today, Center for Skills Enhancement continues to seek and uphold excellence in its endeavor to propagate personality improvement, self awareness, and success in an individual’s career, corporate training advancement and human resources development.
