Bowline Training and Assessment Center

Bowline Training and Assessment Center is an institution accredited by TESDA that offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVET) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

Bowline Training and Assessment Center, Inc. is a very young Company in the field of Hospitality Training and Assessment. But being young doesn’t mean that we are not bound to grow and mature and be efficient in this line of occupation

It is with great pride and honors that Bowline Training and Assessment Center, Inc. has taken on the opportunity to help in training and issuing Certificates of Competency to outgoing household workers. We have the capacity needed to help the industry and the country as well.

Likewise, we are proud of the fact that we have been accredited by the Technical Education Skills & Development Authority (TESDA) to offer short training courses for Bartending, Household Services, Housekeeping, Caretaker, Food and Beverage Service

BTAC has with it, some of the more competent, hardworking and honest people, who will help us in fulfilling our mission, vision and our dream.

Placements and Recruitment Agents that send Household Workers for employment abroad are required by the Philippine Overseas Employment Agency and the Department of Labor, to require their workers to obtain Certificates of Competency before they can be deployed for overseas employment.

Bowline Training and Assessment Center, Inc. is very accessible to commuters. Just 15 minutes by bus from Cubao ( or 5 minutes by LRT Train ), one gets off at Sta. Lucia Mall, crosses the fly over bridge and BTAC is at the back of McDonald’s which is located at the foot of the fly over bridge.

• At least 18 years of age
• At least High School Graduate
• Copy of NSO Birth Certificate
• With good moral character
• Undergone a pre-training assessment
• Can communicate both orally and in written form
