my nc2 was expired. i go in tesda marikina to renew it but they said all 2016 nc2 holder are qualified to under go assestment for their renewal nc2 i give them all my requirements for renewal. i known and they said are free from tesda. but gotehed training center in pasig on friday july 30 they have heo nc2 assestment.i paid for 2000 peso assestment for my nc2..why i paid again for my nc2 i am almost more than 10 years operator and 5 years nc2 hoder,
