V-Call Center Link (VCC LINK) is an institution accredited by TESDA that offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVET) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
Vital Call Center Link (VCC Link) was established in January 2004, and was incorporated to primarily offer contact center solutions to off shore companies to address call center needs: systems and procedure development and set up, supply of quality manpower, provide sales and customer service training.
With the increasing demand for qualified call center personnel, VCC Link focuses on training and recruitment to provide clients with a consistent quality manpower as well as efficient sales and customer service training.
