Vigan Skills Training Institute is an institution accredited by TESDA that offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVET) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

The Vigan Skills Training Institute houses all skills and other capability training build ups, in collaboration with local and foreign national government agencies, non-government organizations, people’s organizations, particularly the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
