Established in 1949, Osias Colleges, Inc. is the oldest private educational institution in Tarlac City. It was founded by Telesforo Concepcion and Senator Camilo Osias. The school was named for Senator Camilo Osias, a foremost statesman, distinguished writer and educator who became the first Filipino superintendent of schools under the American rule.

Osias Colleges shall endeavor to become a center of excellence in academic and technological education, responsive to the changing times and accessible to the majority of the populace. As we share the legacy of our founders, it is our goal to bring about the best quality education and training necessary for developing creative, innovative, productive and versatile citizens thus contributing to the attainment of a peaceful and progressive society.

Osias Colleges, Incorporated was established in 1949 by the late Telesforo B. Concepcion, an alumnus of the University of the Philippines and retired school District Supervisor of Victoria, Tarlac, and by Dr. Camilo Osias (former senator), both respected educators. With the doctrine that “Quality education need not be expensive”, foremost of our missions is to offer affordable quality education, yet will remain as one of the best educational institution in Tarlac, which is geared towards the pursuit of better quality of life for our graduates.
