International Institute of Technology and Reformation Foundation is an institution accredited by TESDA that offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVET) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
IITR Foundation, who is a nonprofit missionary educational organization for the purpose of allocating secondary and post secondary scholarship monies to the selected talented children and youthful professionals for their future development as spiritual leader and to provide for the Philippines’ youth, located in Historical Malolos City just 40 minutes by NLE expressway from Manila.
There is no quick fix. But in the past six years, our IITR members and sponsors have made great strides toward our goal of helping the poor, eliminating educational inequity in secondary education, as well as providing sports equipments and scholarship for the leading Taekwondo,Badmiton and Baseball secondary schools and small efforts of a cleaner, safer environment for the poor and forgetten children in Philippines.

Korean Methodist Church Seoul Conference Men’s Association has decided to support this KOPINO children education project with continuous regular concerns and a donation program with a serious small wish that all these children abandoned by Korean fathers might be future Korean great missionaries for the non-Christian world. Like USA helping American Vietnam children go to USA to be American citizenry. We want today’s miserable KOPINO children to be tomorros’ Korean leaders.
The 1st missionary team,Seoul Eunpyung Methodist Men Missionary who visited last November, belongs to Korean Methodist Church Seoul Conference: the biggest conference among 11 conferences of Korean Methodist Church. Dr.Jay Seung Yoo, Founder of IITR, is now serving as Vice Chairman of Seoul Conference Men’s Overseas Missionary Association for the 1.57 millikon Korean Methodist Church members within Korea.
