Xavier Technical Training Center is one of the pioneers among the training institutions that offer technical vocational programs in a very short period of time. Its first operation started on January 1999 at Caloocan City. After fourteen (14) years, Xavier had eleven (11) branches in the following areas; Commonwealth, Novaliches in Quezon City, Marikina City, San Andres Bukid, San Jose Del Monte Bulacan, Noveleta Cavite, Edsa Pasay, Antipolo City, Bacoor Cavite, and Biñan in Laguna.

Accredited by Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). Programs offered are more on actual yet lecture modules are still given to refrain students/trainees from executing and performing skills/competencies distinctive to the standard. Xavier shall endeavor to develop and produce citizen workers who will be proficient, innovative and competent.
