Yung TESDA Dito sa Bongao Tawi-Tawi lagpas na 2 months Hindi pa Rin na release Yung allowance nila.. tapos na Yung assessment and Graduation pero Yung iba lang binigyan nila Ng allowance while the others pinapaasa lang nila. Sana matugunan eto agad dahil masyado na Silang abuso. Bakit Yung ibang classmate nila na release an while Yung iba Hindi pa?? Unfair!
