Basic Requirements for TESDA Courses:
- At least 18 years of age
- At least High School Graduate
- Copy of NSO Birth Certificate
- With good moral character
- Undergone a pre-training assessment
- Can communicate both orally and in written form

My son is taking up bread and pastry production under TESDA in Cavite at the moment. The program ends in September. We will be relocating to San Mateo soon and I would like for him to continue his TESDA studies. He had ADD when he was younger and was not able to finish high school. He opted to take TESDA courses. They allowed him and is doing very well in class. I’m writing to ask if you could accommodate him, too, without a high school diploma. He is a quick study and is very high functioning. He has NO attention issues anymore but at 21, does not want to go back to high school anymore but wants to take more vocational courses under TESDA.
I hope for your kindest consideration in allowing him to enroll.
