PHILGERMA (Philippine-Germany) Manufacturing Incorporation, started as an engineering metals manufacturing and services company in 1980. Twenty six (33) years of doing business in its factory site at #147 Bued, Calasiao, Pangasinan. It has provided necessary machine parts and maintenance services for industries in the Northern Luzon Region such as: Sual Mirrant Power Plant; Coca Cola Bottlers Philippines; Cosmos Bottling Corporation, La Tondeña Bottlers; and Electric Cooperatives like Central Pangasinan Electric (CENPELCO); Pangasinan Electric (PANELCO). Founded by German Engineer Heinz Paul Thomann, PHILGERMA is now under stewardship of Engr. Marc Peter Thomann; Mechanical Engr. SLU 2003

PHILGERMA TRAINING CENTER is also a TESDA accredited training school for welders. Be part of the world-class welders and machine operators trained and sent for overseas work, from Japan (in cooperation with PhilJapan, Nippon, Interskills, FAST Corp. and all other JITCO accredited sending companies). Graduates find employment FAST in Canada, Australia, USA, Middle East and in local industries.

PHILGERMA CONSTRUCTION specializes in Agri-related infrastructure projects such as irrigation, canals, water impounding facilities, deep and shallow well drilling, farm to market roads and building construction.

Basic Requirements for TESDA Courses:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • At least High School Graduate
  • Copy of NSO Birth Certificate
  • With good moral character
  • Undergone a pre-training assessment
  • Can communicate both orally and in written form

Training Fees and Schedule

The cost of training and tuition fees may vary depending upon the specific course of interest and the school offering the training. Training centers also may have slightly different syllabus to teach to students in a class.
