Pearl Manor business activities started in 1998 as a humble Bed and Breakfast accommodation catering to local tourists visiting in Bacolod as well as budget Sales Company Representatives. In 2001, it opened its catering business on an adjacent building on the same address known as PEARL MANOR BANQUET CENTER. It joins Government biddings to supply catering and room accommodations for Government activities as well as private functions for all occasions. As an active player in the tourism service industry and industry partner, with schools for their BSHM & HRM students as a training ground for their required OJT (On the Job Training) program. Thus, we have evolved and offered training and enhancement program for graduates to hone their skills in specific tourism related services, at Pearl Manor Skills Academy, Inc.

The PEARL MANOR SKILLS ACADEMY seeks to foster individuality, creativity, and open-mindedness in the application of theoretical and practical approach to food and service skills.

A TESDA recognized Training Center to enhance the individual’s ingenuity and human capabilities through hands-on training programs and modules, re-orientation, practical teaching and exposures to skilled related Tourism Services.The goal of the academy is to develop in the student the characteristics of a professional chef. The student will learn how to conduct oneself in a confident, professional and ethical manner.
