KRYZ Culinary Arts and Restaurant Services Institute (KCARSI) formerly: KRYZ Livelihood Training Center, Inc.  is an institution accredited by TESDA that offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVET) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

KCARSI started in 2002 with its name KRYZ Handicraft Resources with the address 0087 Blk 7 Lot 17 Villa San Paulo Sambag, Jaro Iloilo City , in 2004 KRYZ Handicraft Resources change its name into KRYZ Livelihood Training Center, Inc. with the same address and offer two courses which are Novelty Items Making NC 1 and Home-made Cakes and Pastries Baking NC 2, in 2007 KLTCI open its new curriculum namely Commercial Cooking NC 2, Food and Beverage Services NC 2 and Novelty Items Making NC 1. 2008, KLTCI decided to have a new name,KRYZ Culinary Arts and Restaurant Services Institute (KCARSI) Inc. or commonly known as KCARSI we also transferred into a more spacious and accessible place here in Bonifacio Drive Iloilo City across Hall of Justice.

• At least High School Graduate
• Copy of NSO Birth Certificate
• With good moral character
• Undergone a pre-training assessment
