Leyte Communications Training Center is an institution accredited by TESDA that offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVET) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

Since 2007, we were able to help more than a hundred people to get employed in call centers such as; APAC, Convergys, Etelecare, Sykes, Teletech, Qualfon, to name a few.
The Call Center Agents Training teaches the trainees basic skills needed for call center jobs. Some of the topics taken up in the training are:

Leyte Communications Training Center (LCTC) conducts a special training program designed to help people who wish to work in call centers or customer service-related industries. We teach you the secrets and the special skills needed to succeed in your job search. The program is designed to pass any kind of job interviews and tests, be it for a call center interview or other fields. LCTC also sponsors job fairs and helps in the employment search for its graduates.
