Cadelac Security Training Center (CSTC), Inc. is a duly organized training school for security guards/officers and security practitioners. It was registered with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last June 12, 2008, National Independence Day. Licensed and recognized by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and Philippine National Police-Security Agencies and Guards Supervision Division (PNP-SA GSD).
CSTC has a dedicated team mold with great experience and discipline whose mission is to help professionalize the security force by giving them complete training that will make effective, efficient, and competent Security Guards/Supervisors.
Our Trainers are highly-educated, well-experienced in the field of Education, Management, and Security. More than the Theoretical Methods of teaching, our training center ensures to give each participant the first-hand feel of being a Professional Security Personnel. We put importance on giving them extra training on Personality Development, Image Enhancement, Customer Service and Values Formation. Basic Requirements for TESDA Courses:
- At least 18 years of age
- At least High School Graduate
- Copy of NSO Birth Certificate
- With good moral character
- Undergone a pre-training assessment
- Can communicate both orally and in written form
