Our core management team has years of experience in setting up and running successful Call Center operations. BlueShift Inc understands that there are a lot of companies and individuals who are looking into venturing into the Call Center business and the key to a successful center is effective management from building the actual facilities to running the operations.
We offer services that would assist call center investors in making their venture profitable. The following are the basic services included in BlueShift’s Call Center Management Module. Build Call Center Facilities subject to the budget agreed on with the customer and based upon the need of the account that will be ran. BlueShift shall provide certain general information technology services and infrastructure, including assistance with, installation, and maintenance of the facilities. Assist in the hiring of Customer’s Call Center Management team and agents by identifying the perfect profile for all these key positions.
BlueShift believes that the most important factor in successful operations is having the right people in the right positions. Facilitate Foundation Training for the agents and other required training for the support staff to ensure that all employees are equipped for the positions they have been hired for. Provide a foreign campaign to the new Call Center . Manage the Call Center Operations for the Customer and train the Customer’s Management Team on the processes that have been set in place to ensure that they will be able to effectively run the center after the agreed upon period expires.
