Sir,
Regarding the PDC as required by LTO. The NC2 which was converted to PDC, then upon application of NP, it is not needed to pay P600 for service vehicle of WMI Driving School.
If WMI DS is accredited school, then your scholars will also convert their NC2,in LTO, SFP you mean, they are also going to rent/pay P600 for 15 minutes as part of the requirements in able to get NP?.
Thus is to clarify things, I have no questions with the protocol of your driving School. Perhaps this letter may reach your management.
Maybe the best is the refund of the amount.
