WCU Development and Training Center Iloilo City is an institution accredited by TESDA that offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVET) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

WCU Development and Training Center, Inc. was founded on April 15, 1999 in Iloilo City. The initial program offered was the 120-hour Course for Domestic Helpers and Caretakers.

In 2003, the training center transferred to a bigger place in Molo, Iloilo City due to the increasing demand for trainings. In the same year, the WCU Development and Training Center‘s programs were registered with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). The program has remarkably gained acceptance in Iloilo City and nearby provinces by people with high hopes of working abroad. This encouraged the WCU management to open a branch in Pasay City, Manila in 2004 with household services/domestic helpers as the initial program.

We are committed to provide our clients with world-class training interventions and facilitate employment activities to prepare graduates with the requirements of local and foreign employers.

WCU commits itself in the development of successful lifelong learners through the strict implementation of relevant training programs, preparation to skills assessment and facilitation in the acquisition of gainful employment.
