Neo International Language Center is an institution accredited by TESDA that offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVET) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

NEO International Language Center, Inc. is the pioneer school for English in Iloilo City which traces its history from June 1994 where it was named PIKO Overseas Education Center.

It is the first language school duly accredited by the Technical Education Skills & Development Authority (TESDA) and the first language school recognized by the Bureau of Immigration to issue Special Study Permit (SSP) to its foreign students.

It is the largest and most stable language school in Iloilo City. It offers various advanced and convenient facilities, clean and comfortable ambiance,and most of all, well-organized curriculum that best meets the needs of foreign students.
