The acronym EDNOR derived from Employment Development of the North,It being a forerunner of institution of its kind in the northern part of Tarlac City, not to say in the northern part of Central Luzon.

Starting literally with handful of student its crop of graduates in its first year of operation approximately twenty (20) years ago, the school has now reached a population of around a thousand strong Ednorians.

The gradual increase in our population can offer a few facts to support it. Our tuition fees, among the private schools, are about the lowest in the whole city of Tarlac.

The quality of education that the college offers ever since its inception has been considered above par if we have to say it ourselves, as confirmed by our graduates who find themselves employed in various companies here and abroad.

It’s a democratic institution grown to the attainment of academic as well as technical and vocational excellence. The standard set before each one presupposes maturity, responsibility and legal use of all opportunities made available by the college.
