With the worldwide economic growth, developed and developing countries are rapidly developing their infrastructure in the Oil and Gas Industry, Building Industry, Onshore and Offshore Facilities, Fabrication Industry, Aircraft Industry as well as Marine Industry. Where these facilities are constructed and maintained, hundred of thousands of welders are needed.
In times where there were shortage of welders worldwide due to this facility expansions of many countries, an experienced QA/QC Manager and a Certified Senior Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.2-UK), Mr. Pedro G. Jose Jr. opened up a welding school, PGJ Welding and Training Center (PWTC).
PWTC started its operation in 2008 conducting Welding Inspector Course. Planning to cater more courses, PWTC was changed into HMMJ Engineering and Training Services (HEATS). In the aim of having higher corporate image in the industry, Heats Management decided apply for incorporation and in the third quarter of 2008, Heats School of Welding Technology Inc was born and incorporated under Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).
