I have been trying to communicate with R. Nadora Training Center for me to inquire regarding forklift training certification. But the contact number reflected on the list of TESDA accredited schools kept on ringing and never did I have talked to anyone. Even on text messages, no response. So how will I ever have an answer on my inquiry given that I am here in Pampanga.
