Prompt C.A.R.E. Learning Center, Inc. offers Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) approved Emergency Medical Services (EMS-NCII) course and continuing education training programs from our local and international affiliates. Students who successfully complete the EMS-NCII course and the clinical requirements will be eligible to take the National Certification Level II and the Philippine-International EMS Registry or with an option to take the international certification.

Our Four Strategic Project Units: Education and Training; Assessment and Certification; ; EMS Solutions Provider; Consultancy and Ancillary Services will define the extensive services that we offer from education, training, EMS services and research.

With its Administrative Office Located at 334 McArthur Highway Sto. Cristo, Angeles City and to widen our reach we have and will operate Satellite Offices to cater the ever growing need of the Emergency Medical and Rescue Services needs of the Philippines and Internationally.

Our teaching methods combines Simulated and Experiential Learning that uses an Ambulance Simulator and a Computer Aided Emergency Dispatch, a first in the Philippines for EMS training that gives the students the feel of close to real situations that provides the most progressive and up to date training available to the learner.

Our continuing education classes are offered in both lecture and practical formats which follow international standard and safety protocols to keep your skills sharp. Whether the student would like to enroll in one of our many course offerings, or interested in having a customized training program designed towards specific course content or need, we will guarantee that PCLCI’s Training Academy Programs can meet all of the student and the industry needs.

Basic Requirements for TESDA Courses:

• At least 18 years of age
• At least High School Graduate
• Copy of NSO Birth Certificate
• With good moral character
• Undergone a pre-training assessment
• Can communicate both orally and in written form

Training Fees and Schedule

The cost of training and tuition fees may vary depending upon the specific course of interest and the school offering the training. Training centers also may have slightly different syllabus to teach to students in a class.
