Chef Lowell Cauilan, a seasoned chef and Chef Catherine Ong, a chef entrepreneur, Ms. Fiona Flores a caterer, marketing professional and self-made entrepreneur, Mark Catarroja, a seasoned educator and Chef Menoy Gimenez a Culinary Education pioneer teamed up to establish PACE.
