I had undergone training as Slaughtering Operations NC II last April -May 2016.I finished my training and now I have this form,Competency Assessment Result Summary. I am asking if I can ask other party to claim or process my certificate and if so, what would be the needing requirements for claiming or processing my certificate with my authorized party and me.
