The idea of the Metropolitan Enhancement Academy started out as a joke but soon turned into a reality. The school was established with a motive that future chefs will never have to experience what the founder hadto endure when she took up culinary arts in another institution. The Metropolitan Enhancement Academy, who’s located at 4th Floor # 819 Aurora Boulevard corner Lantana St., Immaculate Concepcion, Cubao, Quezon City currently offers basic and advance courses for culinary arts for both local and international cuisines, and extensive training in cakes and pastries. They also plan to expand their courses to sewing, hospitality, and other livelihood programs.

The MEA offers an 8-month program that’s intensively prepared to cover everything that 2-year programs offer. This gives the students the benefit to start early in their culinary career and acquire all knowledge and skills. Not to mention, the trainors of the students are definitely world-class. In fact, one of them was a contender to America’s Top Chef. Best of all, the cost of studying is very low and even includes the books, materials and uniforms that the students will need throughout the course.
