This training center is not a training center! It is an exploitation center!
There is no proper accommodation. The trainees sleep on the floor and they only use carton box when they sleep. Instead of using the cleaning gadgets when they clean, they use broom and these said gadgets are only for display. Does that even make sense?
They also don’t allow the trainees to use the washing machine to wash their clothes. The food sucks as well.
Aside from that, the so-called “trainors” are not really teaching the trainees what they needed to learn. They are also rude and disrespects the trainees. To make matters worst, the training fee is really really expensive! Some paid 36,000 pesos, 25, 000 pesos for 21 days training. Some paid 15k just for 7 days training. Realistically speaking, this so-called training is exorbitant for the quality of training that they are giving.
Shout out to POEA and all the agencies who are using D’Glowing Light Training Center. Please do some surprise or secret inspections to see the trainees’ situation.
