May I ask some questions , I am a high school graduate already.I can’t proceed to college because of financial problems.My knowledge was stock for two years,so that I realize to grab my second option,the TESDA.
My problem is my age,running 17 this upcoming 30 of may 2016,can I enroll even if my age was in a minor stage?
I’ve noticed that 18 and above was also requirred,regarded from your requirements and I fail for that.
If incase you won’t accept because of my age,is there another way to passed through your age requirred so that I can grab that affordable opputunity?
Does a minor age is a valid reason for not to do what mean for?
So whats the purpose of my diploma in highschool if it cannot be?
