Cap College Foundation is an institution accredited by TESDA that offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVET) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

CAP College Foundation, Inc. – a recognized pioneer in educational innovations in the Philippines – was established in 1988 as a non-stock, non-sectarian educational foundation. Instituted under Philippine laws, CAP College engages in education, research and related activities utilizing non-traditional or non-formal as well as formal delivery of instruction and grants degrees for programs recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

Aside from the regular Digitalized Distance Education Program, CAP College Foundation, Inc. operates the Program for the Deaf (PFD) – the first institution in the Philippines to offer collegiate courses for the Deaf.
