CEDAR College is an institution accredited by TESDA that offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVET) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

CEDAR College was established to help the students to acquire tertiary education at affordable price. The School is offering Php1,000 per month tuition fee for students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Bausiness Administration (BSBA) course, and Php1,200 for the Bachelor of Scinec in Information Technology (BSIT), Bachelor of Elementarty Edducation (BEEd), and for other 2-year courses such as Visual Graphic Design NC-III, Computer Programming NC-IV and Computer Hardware Servicing NC-II.

CEDAR College likewise accept scholars sponsored by the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental, and other sponsored by the different non-profit organizations.

To be able to help more students, the school also welcomes donations from any and all kind hearted persons or groups, local and international.
