nagrequest ako ng TOR schl yr 2014-2016 undergrad po ko, then nakausap ko ung may hawak ng records st chamuel pasig branch, and yung record ko lang daw po is first yr first semester, 2nd yr 2nd semester po natapos ko, how come na wala daw akong record ng second yr while mga classmates ko meron. then sinisingil nila ako ng 21k para makuha yung tor ko na secondyr second semester ung natapos. what does it mean ?
