I am seeking assistance from your respective school to please release my sister’s documents (T.O.R. and Diploma ) as we’ve have been requesting these documents for almost 2 months now. We’ve been consistently doing follow up (keep going back to your registrar’s office) and we do not hold any balances as everything was paid before we did the request. I believe that the school have not released the same documents from the previous batch (2016 graduate) as well which is more questionable. Please understand that we cannot afford to wait that long especially when the school cannot give us a valid reason why it’s delayed.
