Anihan Technical School Accredited Tesda Courses

Anihan Technical School is an institution accredited by TESDA that offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVET) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

ANIHAN TECHNICAL SCHOOL is a technical-vocational institute established in 1986 and owned by the Foundation for Professional Training, Inc. (FPTI), a non-profit organization promoting lifelong development for women.

Anihan scholarship grants are given to financially challenged female high school graduates between 16 to 21 years old. With the two-year scholarship grant from Anihan, these young women will be able to gain all three National Certificates II. After graduation, they will be highly employable skilled workers with competencies as hot/cold kitchen cooks, pastry cooks or bakers, commis (1-3), food attendants, etc.

Anihan scholarship fund

Anihan is able to annually support the full-tuition scholarship of 100-120 through the sales of its Anihan Goodies, as well as donations and grants from private individuals and companies.

Recognition for Anihan’s work

Anihan School Director Ms Kayang Javier received the Making a Difference for Women’s Award (MADWA) recognition from Soroptimist International-Makati. Ms Javier was recognized for her almost two decades of work in Anihan Technical School which helps young women from low-income families in the Philippine’s CALABARZON area by giving them access to education and skills training.

Anihan with its Livelihood Center received the award for the EBESE Best Small Enterprise from the ECOP Institute for Productivity & Competitiveness Foundation (EIPC Foundation) and Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc. The award recognizes the Anihan Livelihood Center’s “exemplary productivity improvement application and performance under the EBESE Program in partnership with Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc. as Big Enterprise Partner”.
