Exec Chef Culinary Arts Training Center is an institution accredited by TESDA that offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVET) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
Chef Carlos D. Polonan or popularly known as Chef Charles Polonan. He has 45 years experience in the field of management and culinary Arts work experience in diffrent part of the world in Food and Beverage. He was a cook/ baker ,to cook to chief cook, chief steward in diffrent maritime Corp. From Cargo ships to tanker, passenger, drilling barges, derrick barges to jack- up barges as chief cook to chief stewards.
Land base experience;Hotel and Restaurantas chief cook to chef de partie to souse chef to executive chef in hotel and restaurant locally and internationally, he had been a Manager, an Accountant, a professor and culinary instructor. He handled the position as a head of Culinary Arts in Norwegian training Center- Manila for almost ten (10) years and presently the founder of EXE CHEF CHARLES CULINARY ARTS TRAINING CENTER as his legacy.
He helps the poor particulary the out of school youth giving free scholarship in his Training Center to upgrade their skills in cooking so that they could have agood foundation for livelihood.
