PPSAT was formerly known as Puerto Princesa School for Philippine Craftsmen (PPSPC). IT was once under the supervision of Department of Education Culture and Sports (now Dep Ed) from 1974 to 1994 as a public secondary school. By virtue of RA 7928, PPSPC became PPSAT on 1995 and started offering technical education programs.

PPSAT is a leading institution of technical excellence in the development of highly skilled workers with world class competence and desirable work values responsive to the demands of the industry.

PPSAT provides competency-based training programs and strengthens linkages with partners to develop competent workers for local and global employment and entrepreneurial opportunities for quality life.

Basic Requirements for TESDA Courses:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • At least High School Graduate
  • Copy of NSO Birth Certificate
  • With good moral character
  • Undergone a pre-training assessment
  • Can communicate both orally and in written form
