Institute of Accountancy) and bagged gold medals in the Declamation and Dramedy, First Runner-up, Best in Talent, Best in Gown and Miss Congeniality titles in Miss Ambassadress Competition. The College of Nursing and Midwifery coordinated with Rural Health Units to deliver basic health services to residents. The NSTP and CWTS became allies of the University to help the barangays in various civic activities such as beautification and clean-up drive. Extra-curricular activities through sports and leadership training for the holistic development of students. Faculty development programs were put in place to empower teachers in the area of instruction, campus journalism, and research capability.

The Pamantasan ng Cabuyao recognized the importance of human resource for sustainable organizational development. As such, it hired highly-competent professionals to deliver the desired goals and objectives of the University anchored on its vision-mission. Notable men and women inspired innovations and stirred development for the University. The change in City Administration brought positive changes in the University. Hon. Mayor Isidro L. Hemedes Jr. and Hon. Councilor Atty. Rommel A. Gecolea created an excellent partnership toward organizational development and effectiveness. The team has positioned PnC in its accessible capacity to uplift the lives of Cabuyeños thus the University continues to serve its purpose as embedded in the PnC logo which conveys Peace, Prosperity, and Service.
